B.K. ARCHITECTS’ mission consists of strategic consulting and technical services for large infrastructure projects, both private and public, in emerging countries.
B.K. ARCHITECTS provides a complete service package for its clients. Therefore, we offer design services, feasibility studies, preliminary studies (topography, planning compliance etc.), design and work supervision and project management. When necessary, we coordinate third party services (specialized technical expertise, financing etc.) to help our clients in realizing their vision.
The context of emerging economies poses its own set of implementation challenges and we therefore put a lot of emphasis on local project management and supervision of the construction sites. We put in place an experienced team which ensures professional implementation in line with global standards.
The nature of our activities involves a variety of disciplines, which is reflected in our staff, consisting of architects, interior designers and civil engineers (construction, electricity, mechanics …).
